What happens if my additional pay upload post date falls within the pay period for more than one open pay cycle?

Namely Payroll uses the post date from your import file to determine if your import will be included in calculations for your pay cycle.

If your post date falls within the date range of multiple active pay cycles, the system will upload into the cycle that was calculated first in Step Three of payroll.

If you upload a file to the incorrect pay cycle, click Back to return to Step Two. Return to the Payroll Center and process the Pay Cycle you'd like the additional pay to be uploaded into. The imported pay will be included when you calculate payroll on Step Three.
